About the Event
Local and regional artists come together at Yogafort to synthesize yoga and music, encouraging authenticity through mindfulness, movement, and musicality in downtown Boise, Idaho. More than just yoga, Yogafort spans a wide range of intensities and styles, from HIIT and dance classes to relaxing yoga nidra, sound baths, and breathwork. We welcome participants of all experience levels.
Live DJs, pianists, and musicians weave through many Yogafort sessions, turning each class into something between a workout, a meditation, and a concert. Perfect to get your energy lit and lifted for the ultimate Treefort experience.
